Wrestling with 2020This year has been a complete DOOZY for us all! Our professional wherewithal secluded us to our homes as opposed to the office buildings. Social gatherings were minimized and independent business ventures were halted. Additionally, some of us watched dear loved ones transition who seemed healthy. We dealt with all of this while wrestling with other issues as well, and this really showed us how much we need to win from within. External sources of validation weren't an option during this pandemic, especially when our nation shut down! That was to the detriment of those struggling with self esteem and depression. It's time to live and leave our insecurities and bad experiences in 2020. The person in the mirror needs you most. The 2020 wrestling match is over! Let's win FROM WITHIN and have a prosperous 2021! Creative commemorations: weddingsDeferred commemoration has been the theme of 2020 due to the pandemic. Special occasions such as proms, graduations and birthday festivities were altered for most of the year and weddings were no exception. Safety took precedence over everything, and precious memories are merely etched in the minds of those honored and the attendees. Customer and client alike are gradually making modifications - for P3 Pictography those modifications include three nuptials this month. Matrimony is a SERIOUS MATTER and I dare not take it lightly, judging I’m an aspiring bride. These upcoming love stories are special to these beautiful brides and I’m committed to capturing the melodies of their memories one snapshot at a time. I am the PHOTOPSALMIST!

P3 Senior photo shoots
We're barely halfway through the summer, and schools are back in session as early as next week! New students, returning students and most importantly graduating students are ready to make the transition of their lives. The next eight months can prove to be quite costly for a senior's family, which reminds me of my photographic/financial obligation to capture my senior year. I wasn't the 'DSLR selfie queen' that I am today and paid $300 for photo package ALONE! I can't even remember the cost of the studio fees. It was tough, but necessary even though I made only $4.25 an hr at Richton Public Library. This is why I have a soft spot for graduates. What if they're hard workers like I was? What if the family is financially deprived as mine was? What if they just need a little bit of a break? This is why I make a special offer for 3 to 5 students per year in the month of August. $100 for photo shoot and $150 for the photo package. That's right - $50 less than what I paid more than 20 years ago. So let's get the word out! I'm here to help capture the melodies of your memories one snapshot at a time. The tone was as rhetorical as the context of the conversation. How could anyone question any display of greatness and how said ability unfold while in action? Obvious the great become greater by preparation, repetition, and obviously PRACTICE! Hence, it's NOT just practice! It's preparation for greater!.
